Vinaigrette "Spring" from the multicooker

Ingredients for "Vinaigrette" Spring "from the multicooker": Beets (medium) - 1 pc Carrots (large) - 1 pc Potatoes (medium) - 4 pcs Herring - 2 pcs Green olives (I have a handful) Green onions (bunch) Beans ((pre-soak in water)) - 1 stack. Cucumber (large fresh) - 1 pc Vegetable oil (any aromatic, for filling)




Beans (I have red, I previously soaked it in cold water in the evening) put in a bowl of multvarki, pour about 1 liter of water.   Peel beets, carrots and potatoes and cut into small cubes.   Place a steamer container in the multicooker bowl and place the beets.   The next layer to put carrots.   The last is the top layer of potatoes.   Closes the slow cooker and set the “Steaming” mode for 30 minutes.   While vegetables and beans are boiled, I cleaned and milled salted herring. After 30 minutes, remove the vegetables from the double boiler (do not burn yourself carefully) and put them in a bowl.

You must also boil the beans, boil it in the “Steaming” mode for 30 minutes, if the water boils after the first boiling, then add it again.   After 30 minutes, remove the beans from the slow cooker and cool.   While the beans were cooked, I sliced, herring, cucumber, olives and green onions.   Mix all the ingredients, fill with any fragrant vegetable oil and serve to the table !!! Delicious!!!   To summarize: quickly, without any extra effort, saving energy, we prepared six large portions of delicious vinaigrette, exactly 1 hour.
