Unusual vegetarian cauliflower snack with blue cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower divided into inflorescences 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 tablespoon flour 1.5 tablespoons paprika 4 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons of Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon honey, preferably liquid 3 celery stalks cut into strips (for serving)
For the sauce:
75 g gorgonzola cheese 4 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar Green Onion Stalk, Chopped
Recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle cauliflower with vegetable oil.
2. Mix flour and paprika in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the cabbage into the flour and spices and lay the cabbage in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle with butter and bake the cabbage for 30 minutes.
3. While the cauliflower is cooked, mix the gorgonzola with sour cream. Add the remaining ingredients for the sauce, mix.
4. In a small frying pan, melt the butter. Add Tabasco and honey, mix. Pour the mixture over the cabbage.
5. Serve with celery chopsticks and blue cheese sauce.
