Vegan patties with raspberry jam

Delicious, sweet, beautiful, warm, homemade, well-known from childhood cakes with raspberry jam.


Ingredients:


2.5 cups flour ½ cup warm water or vegetable milk 1 tbsp. dry yeast 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil Raspberry jam


Recipe:


1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water (or milk). Let them foams and bubbles. Add flour and butter to them. Stir. The dough should be very soft, but not sticky. Let it stand for about 1-2 hours.


2. After the dough has risen, roll it into a snake or sausage. Divide into balls. Roll each ball into a circle or oval. Place the raspberry jam in the middle and fold the circle in half, firmly squeezing the edges together.


3. Grease each patty with water or black tea to give them a golden sheen. Put in the oven, preheated to 180˚. Bake 20 minutes or until ready.
