Vegan cheese and spinach pie

The vegan version of the pie with cheese and spinach will not leave anyone indifferent!


Ingredients: 400 g fresh spinach 115 gr tofu 1 tablespoon vegetable broth 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small onion, finely chopped 150 g chopped champignons 150 grams of corn 150 grams of vegan cheese, grated 500 grams of puff pastry (your choice)

Recipe: 1. Preheat oven to 200 °. 2. Wash the spinach. Mix the tofu with the spinach well. Add vegetable broth and mix again. 3. Slightly fry the onions. Add mushrooms, fry for another 5-10 minutes. 4. Roll out half of the dough and cover them with a baking tray. 5. Put the stuffing. First a mixture of tofu and spinach, then corn, after the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. 6. Cover the cake with the remaining dough and mold the dough layers together. Fork a few holes in the pie. 7. Bake for about 30 minutes.
