Chop onions and garlic and fry until golden brown.Transfer the onion and garlic to the pan, add the broth, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper to them. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.Add bulgur and olives to the pan. Close the lid and leave for 15 minutes.Serve the soup, garnished with croutons and basil.
