Three-layer cherry-coconut dessert

The case when one dish can be breakfast, and snacks, and dessert! You can cook it in your own way, replace the cherry or cherry with strawberries or blueberries, use plain yogurt instead of coconut cream, soak chia in juice, not in coconut water ... In general, create!


Ingredients:


2 tbsp. chia seed ½ cup coconut water 1 can of coconut milk ½ tsp vanilla extract 3 tsp. maple syrup, agave syrup or any other sweetener 1 cup cherries or sweet cherries Chocolate - optional


Recipe:


Leave the coconut milk in the fridge overnight. Soak chia seeds in coconut water, leave for 20 minutes. Add 1 tsp. sweetener, stir and leave for another 10 minutes. Remove the bones from the cherry or cherry, whip the berries in a blender along with the sweetener. Open a can of coconut milk, without shaking, and remove the cream. The bank will remain liquid, which can be used in cereals and smoothies. Mix coconut cream, vanilla and 1 tsp. sweetener. At the bottom of the glass lay out the swollen chia seeds, top with coconut cream. Pour over whipped cherry. If desired, pour a dessert with melted chocolate or chocolate-nut paste.
