Ingredients: Pork, pulp - 150 Grams Beef, pulp - 200 Grams Parsley, sprig - 1 Piece Dill, sprig - 1 Piece Egg - 1 Piece Onion - 0.25 Pieces White bread - 1 Slice Garlic - 3 Zubchik Milk - 0, 5 Glasses of Salt - To taste Black ground pepper - To taste


Mince meat and pork


Then add onions, garlic and herbs.

Soak pieces of bread in milk for 5-7 minutes.

Then the bread also pass through a meat grinder.

In egg mince, add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. All is ready!
