If you are a fan of superfoods, then you just have to make this gentle creamy ice cream with spirulina. It contains a lot of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, as well as protein, which already takes up 65% of its composition.
Ingredients:
400 ml whole coconut milk (from a can) ¼ cup agave syrup or maple syrup 1 tbsp. spirulina powder 1 tbsp. cocoa nibs
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients except cocoa in a blender. Pour the mixture into a container, cover and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Stir ice cream every half hour. Before serving, remove the container from the freezer for 20 minutes to make it convenient to apply ice cream. Serve sprinkled with cocoa nibs.
