A recipe for soy meat cooking inspired by Chinese cuisine. It goes well with rice.
Ingredients:
200 grams of soy meat, boiled beforehand 100 g canned pineapple pieces 300 ml tomato ketchup 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 onion, peeled and chopped 50 g sugar 3 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l oils
Recipe:
1. In a saucepan, mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar and pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 3-4 minutes.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the oil, add soy meat, pepper and onion. Fry for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add pineapple sauce to the pan. Mix well and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes.
