Smoked Haddock and Seafood Crispy Cake

To make a delicious pie, try combining smoked fish and seafood. An amazing combination of tastes that will be appreciated by even the most demanding gourmets. To serve the dish with an appetizing crispy crust, take the puff pastry as the basis of the cake. Shrimps are more commonly used for cooking. But you can combine mussels or mini-octopuses with smoked fish. Save yourself time using ready-made frozen dough for the cake.

Ingredients:

200 g frozen puff pastry,

300 g shrimp,

300-400 g hot smoked haddock,

30 g butter,

200 ml milk,

100 ml cream,

2 tbsp. l flour,

a small bunch of parsley and dill,

breadcrumbs.


How to cook? Thaw the dough. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Put the fish here, boil and simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Strain the milk in a separate container, and havehish hands disassemble into small pieces. Boil seafood, clean the shells, cut. Combine the fish with shrimp and finely chopped greens. Combine the remaining milk with cream, butter and flour. Boil down the sauce until thickened over low heat. Roll out the dough. Cover them with the bottom and sides of a round baking dish. Put the fish and shrimps on the dough. Fill the filling with creamy sauce and sprinkle with a small amount of breadcrumbs. Cook at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
