SALAD WITH TUNA AND RUKKOLOY

A light salad with canned tuna and arugula is perfect for a tasty dinner. INGREDIENTS 200 g canned tuna 4 potatoes 2 eggs bunch of arugula 3 tbsp. l olive oil 1 tbsp. l lemon juice salt and pepper to taste

For the preparation of this simple salad, we used canned tuna, but you can cook it with salmon, and olive oil can be replaced with aromatic vegetable. How to cook a salad with tuna and arugula Potato broth in the uniform, hard boiled eggs. Then leave it to cool, peel and cut into small pieces.
