Salad with squid

Description of preparation: I suggest cooking PP salad with calamari and diversifying your daily menu. Such a light and tasty salad perfectly satisfies and is suitable not only for lunch or dinner in addition to the main dishes, but also for breakfast, as well as a snack during the day. Salad is ideal for those who follow food or for those who arrange fasting days. Nourishing, wholesome, refreshing, you will certainly like it to your taste!


Ingredients:

Squids - 200 Grams Cucumber - 150 Grams Egg - 2 Pieces (boiled) Red onion - 1 Piece (small) Greens - 1 Bundle (any fresh) Mustard - 0.5 Teaspoons Yogurt - 2-3 Art. spoons (natural) Salt - To taste


Prepare all the ingredients. Eggs boil in advance and cool. Fill the squid with boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain hot water and fill the carcass with cold water. Clean the carcass from the film, remove the chord and the insides. Wash and cut into small strips. Cut the cucumber into strips and add to the squid. Peel the eggs, chop and add to the rest of the ingredients. Add onion sliced ​​in half rings. If you use regular onions, predid it with boiling water to remove the bitterness.

Add natural yoghurt, mustard, any fresh greens and salt to taste. Optionally, you can add a little black pepper. Mix everything well. PP salad with squid ready. I recommend serving it immediately. Enjoy your meal! Advice from the cook: Natural yogurt can be replaced with sour cream.
