Salad recipe for those who want something original! Brussels sprouts baked with grapes, walnuts and herbs will surely surprise your taste buds.


Ingredients:

3 cups brussels sprouts

2 cups seedless grapes

1 cup of walnuts

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp. olive oil

Salt, pepper - to taste 5 sprigs of thyme


Recipe: Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Put the halved cabbage, grapes and walnuts in the baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thyme pour a little olive oil and remember in your hands. Put the cabbage on top. In a small bowl, mix the oil and vinegar, pour the cabbage and mix it. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
