Raw & Vegan Easter

Traditional Easter is made from cottage cheese, vegan - on the basis of tofu, and raw food at the same time from what? Get green buckwheat and cashews! And be prepared for the fact that with this recipe you will definitely see your loved ones.


You will need:


180g soaked cashews

60gr green soaked buckwheat

200ml coconut cream

100g coconut oil

150g of honey (maple, date and other syrups)

10g tea match ⠀


For filling: some strawberries pistachio ⠀


Training:

Well washed in different containers of cashews, buckwheat and pistachios. Soak them overnight in clean drinking water. ⠀ Cooking: In the morning we wash them thoroughly and drain the excess liquid. We put all the ingredients in a blender with the lower knives and beat for at least 5 minutes until a uniform silky consistency. Add the peeled pistachio, mix with a spatula. Prepare the form, lining the bottom and sides of the cling film, pre-moistened edges. Pour some of our mixture onto the bottom of the mold a bit, then put the strawberries vertically, mix again, mix the strawberries again and mix again. Spread with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 8 hours!
