Raw food brownies with chili, pistachios and goji berries
Brownies with chili, pistachios and goji berries - a real delicacy for raw foodists! The dessert is prepared without heat treatment and without the use of flour and sugar, which makes it useful and very tasty!
Ingredients:
200 g dates 200 g unroasted pistachios Big handful of goji berries 150 g raw cocoa powder (carob can be used) 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp shallow sea salt ½ medium chili pepper (or to taste)
Recipe:
Remove pits from dates, coarsely chop pistachios, cut chili into slices. In a blender, chop the dates and chillies to a state of coarse viscous crumb. Add cocoa, salt, lightly melted coconut oil and whisk until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add pistachios and goji berries and mix. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Put the mixture in it and evenly distribute. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove, cut into pieces and serve.
