Raspberry chia jam

No more cooking jam! Chia seeds perfectly turn berries into jam. This recipe does not need sugar, but you can add it to taste.


Ingredients: 150 g raspberry, fresh or frozen 2-3 art. l coconut water or plain water 1 tbsp. l your favorite sweetener (optional) 2 tbsp. l chia seed Recipe: 1. Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick, stirring and kneading the berries. You may need a little more water, take a look at the situation. 2. To get a uniform texture, you can quickly beat the resulting mixture with a blender. 3. Allow the jam to cool. Done! Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
