Surprise your guests with a rainbow dessert. We'll have to take care of this in advance, but it's worth it!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of chia seeds 3/4 cup coconut or any other vegetable milk 1 mango 1/3 cup oatmeal 1 tablespoon cocoa 3/4 cup vegetable milk A drop of maple syrup 1 apple (can be replaced with a pear or pineapple) 1 kiwi
Recipe:
1. A layer of chia. Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 3/4 cup vegetable milk. Put in the fridge. After 15 minutes, mix to avoid lumps. Put back in the fridge overnight.
2. A layer of cocoa. Mix 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 3/4 cup vegetable milk and a little maple syrup. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Layer mango. Simply chop the mango into small pieces and chop into a blender.
4. A layer of apple. Crush the apple with a blender.
5. A layer of kiwi. Peel kiwi and chop with a blender.
6. In the morning, very carefully pour each layer into a glass using a small spoon. Thus, the layers do not mix. Experiment with the order of the layers. Decorate with mint or coconut flakes.
