Ingredients:
1 can of coconut milk 2 tbsp. maple syrup ½ cup granola ½ cup baked pumpkin ¼ tsp cinnamon Almonds, walnuts, cashews - on request
Recipe:Put a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight. In the morning, open, without stirring, and remove the top solid layer with a spoon - this is cream. The liquid remaining in the jar can be used in the preparation of a smoothie or porridge.Add 1 tbsp to coconut cream. maple syrup and mix well (can be whipped with a blender). Chop the pumpkin with a blender until mashed; add 1 tbsp. maple syrup, cinnamon, mix. Fold coconut cream down into a transparent jar or glass, then pour the granola and place pumpkin puree on top. Decorate with nuts and enjoy!
