Ingredients:

Pork - 500 Grams

Carrots - 1 Piece

Onion - 1 Piece

Flour - 2 Art.

Spoons Tomato paste - 1 Art.

Spoon Vegetable oil - To taste

Pepper peas - To taste

Bay leaf - To taste

Greens - To taste

Salt, pepper - To taste

1. Wash the pork, dry and cut into strips.

2. In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Put the meat in a frying pan and fry well.

3. Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Onion chopped into half rings. Vegetables put in the meat and fry all together.

4. Add tomato paste to the meat and fry a little. Pour the flour and mix well. Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water into the pan.

5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not forget to stir the gravy periodically. Put bay leaf in a frying pan, 5 pieces of peppercorns, salt, and chopped greens. Turn off the fire, and leave the pan, so that the gravy is infused. Garnish can be served boiled rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
