PORK IN THE OVEN


We wash the piece of meat, make cuts in it about the middle of the piece. We salt, we pepper. Cut the cheese into thin slices.  Tomatoes, too, cut into thin slices. Thin slices of garlic. Now, in the cuts we have made, add a couple of plates of garlic, a plate of cheese and tomato. Salt, pepper all over again. Wrap a piece of meat in foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for an hour and a half, depending on your oven and the size of the piece. A piece weighing 1 kg is enough to bake for 1 hour. After an hour (or one and a half, depending on the size of the piece), open the foil and bake the meat without foil for another 20-30 minutes. We shift the finished piece of meat to a dish and serve it to the table.
