Perfect Green Smoothie

Delicious, healthy, beautiful - what more do you need from a smoothie? The perfect start to any day. Recipe for 2 servings.


Ingredients: 5 large cale cabbage leaves (without stalks) or 2 cups of spinach 3½ glasses of water 5 pitted dates 3 bananas 5 strawberries Recipe: 1. Blend greens, water, dates, bananas and strawberries until smooth. If you want to get a less thick drink, add more water. 2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a fresh mint or spinach leaf. Done!
