Ingredients:5 large cale cabbage leaves (without stalks) or 2 cups of spinach3½ glasses of water5 pitted dates3 bananas5 strawberriesRecipe:1. Blend greens, water, dates, bananas and strawberries until smooth. If you want to get a less thick drink, add more water.2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a fresh mint or spinach leaf. Done!
