Tasty and aromatic vegetable curry with green peas. Optionally, add carrots or any other your favorite vegetables.
Ingredients:
450 g potatoes, peeled and sliced 450 g frozen peas 225 g frozen green beans 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp caraway seeds 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp kukkrum 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 cup boiling water
Recipe:
1. Boil potatoes, drain the water.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, lightly fry the onions.
3. Add spices, fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add potatoes, beans and peas. Toast for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add boiling water, salt and sugar. Cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Add boiling water as needed.
