Pea puree from the multicooker

Ingredients for "Pea Puree from Multivarki": Peas (dry, glass = multi-glass) - 3 stack. Onions - 2-3 pcs Sunflower oil (for roasting) - 100-150 ml Water (cold + water for washing peas) - 6 stacks. Salt (to taste) Cooking time: 100 minutes

Power: 490 watts

Main program: Quenching (90 minutes)

Additional program: Baking (40 minutes)

Recipe "Pea puree from the slow cooker":   First and foremost, let's take onions, because while it is fried, we will have plenty of time for peas ... Let's clean a couple of onion onions. Rinse for greater cleanliness))) Next, let's cut it into pretty large pieces ...   In a multi-cooker saucepan pour oil. Turn on the mode "Baking". Immediately you can safely put 30-40 minutes (onions will put a lot of juice, which should "evaporate"). Let the malice warm up well ...   Now we add chopped onions to the heated oil ... Fry onion until golden brown (!!!). This is the main condition, because only a golden onion is able to exude the flavor we need ...   Now, while the onion is fried, you need to do peas ...

Measure out the right amount. We are going over. Rinse in running water to clean water ...   As soon as the peas are washed, fill it with water. While our juicy onion is fried, the peas will swell a bit (and we just need this))) ...   Well, here ... fried onions. Turn off the mode "Baking". We shift it from the multi-cooker saucepan. Let him now waiting for his turn))) ...

Now we shift the slightly swollen peas (with water) into the slow cooker. Turn on the mode "Cooking for a couple." As soon as the peas boil, we immediately change the mode to "Quenching". I set 1 hour. An hour later, the peas are almost cooked. Pour it into a container that is convenient for whipping (I put it in an aluminum saucepan). Beat with a blender to the desired consistency, and again pour homogeneous peas into a slow cooker, add fried onions and salt. Again "quenching" for 30-40 minutes ...

Well, that's all! Do not worry, at first the puree will have a rather liquid consistency, but after a while it will thicken. By the way, if you initially take for cooking not 6, but 5 multivariate glasses of water, then our mashed potatoes will be thicker. ... how much I wrote here))) in fact, it turns out, much faster and not at all time consuming !!!
