Ingredients: 1 pack paste 1 tbsp. tomato paste 1 cup cherry tomatoes 1 cup sliced ​​champignons Basil bunch 1 tbsp. mix "Italian herbs" 2 tbsp. olive oil Salt, pepper - to taste


Recipe: Put the pasta in a large amount of salted water. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Throw in mushrooms and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste, ½ cup of water, in which pasta and spices are brewed. Flip the pasta into a colander, and add cherry tomatoes, cut in half, salt, pepper and half of fresh basil in the frying pan, chopping it finely enough. Add the paste to the pan, stir. Leave for 5 minutes under the lid and serve.
