Classic Italian salad Panzanella with bread, bell pepper, tomatoes, herbs and hot sauce.
Ingredients:
400 grams of tomatoes Half Ciabatta 2 bell peppers, without seeds and cut 1 red onion, peeled and chopped A handful of chopped basil 1/2 tsp salt For the sauce: 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 4 tbsp. l red wine sauce 1 tsp Dijon mustard 60 ml of olive oil 2 tbsp. l capers 1 tsp Sahara 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe:
1. Cut the bread into pieces and set aside.
2. Cut the tomatoes along into pieces of the same size. Sprinkle with salt.
3. Preheat the oven. Put the pepper on the rack and bake. Cool it down.
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Check for salt.
5. Put the tomatoes, bread, basil and onion in a shallow bowl. Slice and add the pepper.
