Panna cotta made from coconut milk

Panna Cotta - the most delicate Italian dessert. The classic recipe uses gelatin and cream, but we suggest replacing them with agar-agar and coconut milk. Add your favorite berries, fruits, sweet sauces and melted chocolate.


Ingredients:


500 ml of coconut milk (full-fat, from cans) 1 tsp agar-agar (see agar-agar instructions) 1 tsp vanilla extract Sweeteners - optional Berries, fruits, sauces - to taste


Recipe: Pour the milk into the pan, add sweetener, agar-agar, vanilla and put on the stove. Cook on low heat for about 3-5 minutes. Spread the milk in the molds and leave to cool. When the mixture has cooled, remove the molds in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve the panna cotta with fresh berries and sweet sauces.
