Pancake Recipe with Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

3 cups milk

2 cups flour

4 eggs (3 for the batter, 1 for the stuffing)

2 tablespoons sugar

onion 400g

cabbage 80 ml

vegetable oil (30 ml for the stuffing, the rest for the pancakes)

Pinch of salt


Whip eggs, sugar and salt in a blender. Add milk and flour. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into the batter.


Chop the cabbage finely.


Chop the onion.


Fry the onions in a frying pan until they are transparent, add the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes.


Add some water and stew until ready, at the end drive the egg, stir and remove from heat.


Bake panсakes.


Wrap a tablespoon of stuffing in each pancake. Fry the ready pancakes in a frying pan before serving.
