Orange fruit ice

For many, “fruit ice” is a true taste of childhood. But there are so many sugars and dyes in it that simply the language doesn’t turn to call it useful. We share the recipe of healthy fruit ice, which even children are not afraid to give.


Ingredients: 5 large oranges 2 tbsp. maple syrup or agave syrup

Recipe: Fruit ice can be done in two ways: Squeeze the juice from the oranges, mix with the syrup, fill in the juice of the ice cream form and send to the freezer for at least 6 hours. Peel the oranges and grind the pulp in a blender until smooth. Add syrup, mix well, pour into molds and put into freezer. You can add mint, fresh or frozen berries or a banana to the mixture for a softer and creamier consistency.
