Delicious and nutritious oatmeal bars with dried raspberries, figs, cashews, chia seeds and chocolate.
Ingredients:
4 tsp. oatmeal ¼ cup dried figs 2 ½ tbsp. l cashew nuts 3 tsp. maple syrup 3 tbsp. l dried raspberry 1 tbsp. l chia seed 3 tsp. vegan chocolate
Recipe: 1. In a blender, whisk oatmeal, figs, cashews, maple syrup, 2 tbs. l dried raspberries and chia seeds. Divide the resulting mass into 4 parts and form oblong bars. 2. Melt chocolate steamed. If you are a chocolate lover, dip each bar in melted chocolate, or sprinkle lightly with chocolate for a more subtle taste. Then immediately sprinkle the remaining dried raspberries on the bars. Refrigerate in the fridge until the chocolate hardens. Done!
