Noodles with vegetables and hoisin sauce

Ingredients: For the sauce 2 tbsp. l raisins 1 garlic clove 1 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. tomato puree 1 tsp tamiri sauce or regular soy sauce 1 tsp Five Chinese spices (cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, cloves, star anise, fennel seeds) 2 tbsp. l peanut butter For noodle 75g dry whole grain noodles 1 tsp rapeseed oil 1 tbsp. l fresh chopped ginger 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin slices 2 red onions, thinly sliced 100g broccoli 100 grams of soybeans 1 chilli, peeled and chopped Several leaves of basil or your favorite greens (for submission)


Recipe: 1. Put the raisins in the bowl, pour 100 ml of boiling water. Add garlic, vinegar, tomato puree, tamari and five spices. 2. Mix with a blender until smooth. Add peanut butter. Mix well. 3. Fill the noodles with boiling water for 5 minutes. 4. Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan, add ginger, vegetables and beans. Fry for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened. 5. Add noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Serve with vegetables, garnish with basil leaves or your favorite greens.
