Ingredients: pork - 500 Grams

large onion - 3 Pieces

potatoes - 1 Kilogram

cheese - 200-250 Grams

vegetable oil - - To taste

mayonnaise - - To taste

salt and ground pepper - - To taste


1. Peel potatoes, cut into thin plates and place on a baking sheet greased with butter.


2. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings and evenly place over the potatoes. We salt, we pepper.


3. The meat is cut into cubes approximately 2 by 2 cm in size, it can be slightly larger. Spread on vegetables, salt, pepper.


4. We generously pour meat with mayonnaise.


5. Finally, sprinkle with cheese and grated cheese.


6. Put the pan in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake until cooked - depending on the oven and the size of the cut, it can take from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
