The only sources of fat (and that useful) in this recipe: walnuts and flax flour. Rush without a twinge of conscience!
Ingredients (16 pieces):
3 \ 4 Art. flour 1 \ 2 tsp soda 1 \ 4 tsp salt 1 \ 4 Art. cocoa powder 2 tsp. instant coffee 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tbsp. water 1/2 tbsp. unrefined sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 tbsp. flax flour + 6 tbsp. water mixed together 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnut
Recipe:In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, coffee, cocoa, soda, and salt. Put aside.In another bowl, mix maple syrup, water, sugar, flaxseed and vanilla extract. Shake with a fork. To the raw ingredients, gently mix the dry, mix well. Add walnuts. The dough should be very thick.Put the baking sheet with foil. Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil as desired.Spread the dough evenly over the baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or coconut flakes.
