Description of preparation: Squash are crispy due to the fact that they marinate quickly, just 20 minutes - and they are ready! This allows you to save more vitamins! And the lack of oils and fats make snacking easy and low-calorie! Such zucchini can be stored in the refrigerator no more than a day. Good luck!

Ingredients:

Zucchini - 2 Pieces

Onion - 1 Piece

Garlic - 1-2

Dent Fennel - 1 Art. Spoon (chopped finely)

Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 10 Grams (for every 500 g zucchini)

Sugar - 1-2 Pinch

Chili - 2-3 Pinch (ground)


How to cook "Lightly salted zucchini" Crunchy "" Prepare the necessary products, wash zucchini, clean the onions and garlic and rinse under water. Chop the greens. Let's get started! Zucchini cut into 2 pieces lengthwise, then - each half thin slices (thickness of about 3 mm). Put them in a clean and dry bag. Chop the garlic finely and cut the onion into half rings. Add them to the package for zucchini, also do not forget about salt, sugar, chili pepper and mustard. Tie the bag too tightly, shake it so that the vegetables and spices are mixed evenly.
