Lean bean soup

INGREDIENTS 80 g dried porcini mushrooms small onion for broth 80 g pumpkin 80 g onions chopped green 200 g beans

80 g carrots 80 g potatoes

Step-by-step recipe preparation Step 1 On the eve soak the beans, after 12 hours, cook it until ready in salted water. Step 2 Rinse the mushrooms in warm water, soak for 2 hours in 2 liters of cold, then in it and cook. Step 3 Add the peeled and cut in half onion and cook for an hour at low boil. Strain the ready broth, rinse the mushrooms with cold water and finely chop them. Step 4 Put diced carrots, onions and potatoes in broth, then boil for 10 minutes. Then add beans and diced pumpkin and cook until ready. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
