How to cook fried corn: Free the corn from rough top leaves, wash and boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Drain, remove the leaves from the cobs and chop them into 5 cm. Mix the butter, salt, honey, chopped garlic and chopped parsley. Mix well. Lubricate the mixture with corn, put in a cast iron skillet and fry on high heat for another 5 minutes, until the grains are reddened. Thus, you can fry corn on the grill (wrapped in foil), in a pan or in the oven. In the oven, roast the corn for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Sprinkle the prepared roasted cobs with paprika and serve immediately.
