Ingredients: Large fleshy sweet peppers in bright colors - 4 pcs. Soft cream cheese - 400 gr. Spring onions - 3-4 feathers.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the washed sweet peppers on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let the dark hot peppers ready, then remove the seeds and peel, and cut the flesh of each pepper into 8 strips. Spread the strips on a plate, and lay on each layer of cream cheese, the same thickness as the pepper itself. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, roll up a roll and fasten with a toothpick.
