GREEN BLINCHERS

To make pancakes green, spinach is used in this recipe. Without exaggeration - this is one of the most delicious options for the consumption of this vegetable crop. After all, spinach itself does not have a bright taste, but contains many essential substances for the body, in particular fiber, vitamins E, A, PP, B, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and others.



INGREDIENTS Flour 250 g Eggs 3 pcs. Milk TM "Rud" 250 ml Salt pinch Sugar 1 tbsp. l Spinach TM "Rud" 150 g Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l Water 200 ml

Spinach thawed in advance. Smash the eggs in a bowl. Immediately add salt and sugar to them. Beat until a homogeneous mass. Next, add the milk. Beat again. The next stage is flour. Gradually pour it into the egg-milk mass, stirring constantly. Add water and mix again. Take defrosted spinach. Add vegetable oil to it and put it in a blender. Making spinach puree. Mix the spinach and our dough. Mix well to the consistency of thick cream. We bake pancakes and serve. Spinach pancakes are best enjoyed with fish and greens.
