Fig-date smoothie

Spicy, bright and unusual smoothies of figs and dates. Impossible to resist!


Ingredients:


4 figs 5 dried dates 1/2 cup water 1/2 banana 1/2 cup soy yoghurt or soy milk


Recipe:


1. Wash the figs and remove the stems.


2. Now add all ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth. If you like spicy smoothies, replace soy yogurt with soy milk.


3. Enjoy!
