Dessert Breakfast with Chia Seeds and Oatmeal

Delicate dessert, hearty snack or a delicious breakfast - you can eat this double-layered pudding as you like. You can also replace coconut milk with regular milk and use natural yogurt for the oatmeal layer if your type of diet allows.



Ingredients:


3 tbsp. chia seed 2 tbsp. coconut milk from a can 1/3 cup water Maple syrup to taste ½ tsp vanilla extract + another ½ tsp. 2 tbsp. oatmeal long boiling 2 tbsp. coconut milk 3 tbsp. water Dried fruits, nuts, berries - on request

Recipe:


In a bowl, mix chia seeds, 2 tbsp. coconut milk, 1/3 cup water, maple syrup and ½ tsp. vanilla extract. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a different container, mix the oatmeal, the remaining vanilla extract, coconut milk, water, and a little syrup. Stir and put in the fridge for 30 minutes too. Put chia pudding into a clear beaker. Top with oatmeal pudding. Garnish with berries, seeds, nuts or dried fruits.
