Perfect sweet puff pastry envelope with apples and raspberries. Recipe for 12 pieces.
Ingredients:320 gr puff pastry200 gr apples50 gr raspberries12 fresh basil leaves50 gr icing sugarRecipe:1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Cover the pan with parchment paper.2. In a blender, grind apples in a puree.3. Roll out the dough and cut it into 12 squares. Spread applesauce on dough. Fold the dough from the edges to the center, in the shape of a star.4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.5. Let cool, then place a little raspberry in the center of each denisch and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with basil.
