Denish with apples and raspberries

Perfect sweet puff pastry envelope with apples and raspberries. Recipe for 12 pieces.

Ingredients: 320 gr puff pastry 200 gr apples 50 gr raspberries 12 fresh basil leaves 50 gr icing sugar Recipe: 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °. Cover the pan with parchment paper. 2. In a blender, grind apples in a puree. 3. Roll out the dough and cut it into 12 squares. Spread applesauce on dough. Fold the dough from the edges to the center, in the shape of a star. 4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Let cool, then place a little raspberry in the center of each denisch and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with basil.
