Date barfee

A useful recipe for dates, dried fruit and nuts is a salvation for those who deviate from refined sugar in favor of natural. Barfi to the rescue!



Ingredients (for 4 servings):


200 g of stoned dates 1/2 tbsp. pistachios 1/2 tbsp. raisins 1/2 tbsp. almond 1/2 tbsp. cashew nuts 1 tsp poppy seed 1/2 tbsp. prunes Ghee oil


Recipe:


Cut the dates into small pieces. Grind in a blender. Heat ghee on the griddle, add poppy seeds and all other dried fruits. Extinguish briefly. Add a date mass. Mix well. After 5 minutes, the mass should thicken. Take a plate, grease it with ghee. Put on it the resulting mass for Barfi, distribute on a plate. Refrigerate for an hour. Cut into pieces of the desired size.
