CUSTOM MORTAR

INGREDIENTS Curd cheese 9% TM “Rud” 0.5 kg Semolina 4 tbsp. l Egg 3 pcs. Sugar 100 g Lemon peel 1,5 tsp. Vegetable oil for greasing the pan



PREPARATION Mash cottage cheese well in a bowl, add chopped lemon zest to it and mix thoroughly. In another deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer. Slowly pour the semolina and beat the mass until it becomes fluffy. Pour the egg mass into the curd and mix until homogeneous with a spoon, and then continue to mix with a mixer. Prepare the pan: generously grease it with vegetable oil, turn on high heat, cover the empty pan with a lid, leave it on the fire for 40 seconds. Reduce the heat, open the lid and evenly put the mass on the pan.

Cover the pan with a frying pan, leave on the fire for half an hour. Then turn off and remove the cover. The casserole should cool. It will be most convenient to cut it into pieces right in the pan. Each piece to pull out using the scapula.
