Crostini with avocado and nori

Ingredients for 16 Crostini: 2 sheets of nori 1 large avocado 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 4 slices of bread 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe:

1. Cut the nori sheets into small pieces.

2. In a small bowl, mix the softened avocado, lemon juice and sea salt. Mix well. Add half crushed nori pieces and mix gently.


3. Fry the bread in a toaster or oven until golden brown for 1-


2 minutes. Lightly grease each slice of toast with coconut oil and cut the bread into quarters. Put on each quarter the mixture with avocado, sprinkle with chia seeds, remaining nori flakes and walnuts.


4. Serve at the table.
