Coconut Vegan Chocolate

Shokomans, tired of reading the composition of your favorite sweets and looking for palm oil in it? There is a solution: make chocolate at home! It turns out even tastier, and most importantly, you know that in the composition. Add your favorite nuts, dried berries and fruits.


Ingredients: 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup cocoa powder 4 tbsp. maple syrup or agave syrup Nuts, dried berries, fruits - to taste

Recipe: Mix butter, cocoa and syrup in a small bowl. Mix well to get a uniform consistency. Pour the mass into a chocolate mold or on foil, sprinkle with nuts, dried fruits, dried berries (you can also sprinkle with sea salt) and put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Keep the chocolate in the fridge.
