Ingredients:
140 g melted coconut manna
45 g melted coconut oil
24 g roasted carob
22 g of poppy (optional)
1-2 tablespoons coconut flour
Pinch of sea salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Stevia, agave syrup - optional
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and whisk until smooth. Try to taste, add sweetener or vanilla. Pour chocolate into silicone molds for cupcakes, ice, candy or chocolate. Put the mold in the fridge and let the mass harden. When the chocolate hardens, remove it from the mold. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks or in the freezer for a month. Before serving, let the chocolate stand for 10-15 minutes at room temperature and enjoy!
