PREPARATION Boil buckwheat on the water. You can do this in a slow cooker, you can also take buckwheat, cooked earlier. Mix it with cottage cheese. To make the mass more homogeneous, you can punch it with a blender a little at a low speed, but you do not need to achieve uniformity, the buckwheat should be felt in the casserole. Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream. Mix the egg-sour cream mixture with buckwheat curd and mix well. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil, lay out the mixture, level. Enable baking mode. Cooking time - 1 hour.
