Classic solyanka


Prepare products for solyanka. You can use any offal and meat on the bone, preferably beef. I will cook the heart of pork and brisket beef

Wash meat thoroughly so that there is no blood. Put in a saucepan, add bay leaf, peppercorns and cover with water. Salt and boil gently after boiling for 1.5 hours.


Peeled vegetables, cut not too large. I replaced two bulbs with a very large one.



Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil, salt to taste.


Add tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the cooked vegetables from the heat.


Remove the boiled heart and ribs from the broth.



Cut meat into cubes of medium size.

Return the meat to the broth.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.


Cut both types of sausages into cubes.


Add cucumbers to the broth to the meat, two types of sausage, fried vegetables with tomato. Boil for 5 minutes. Solyanka is ready!
