Chocolate mousse with coconut water

Vegan chocolate mousse is not only tasty, but also very useful delicacy. Thanks to the avocado, it turns out to be soft and silky, and the raw cocoa powder will give it a taste of dark chocolate. Cocoa can be safely replaced with carob or melted black chocolate.


Ingredients:


2 avocados 1 tsp vanilla extract or seeds 1 vanilla pod 1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder 250 ml of coconut water 80 ml coconut unrefined oil 4 tbsp. maple syrup (or honey) Pinch of sea salt

Recipe: Peel the avocados and beat the pulp in a blender with coconut water. Add cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, maple syrup and whisk until smooth. Add butter and beat for another 3-5 minutes. Pour the mass into glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with coconut cream, nuts and berries.
