Chocolate Gluten Free Zucchini Pie

One of the most pleasant moments on the holiday is the appearance of the cake on the table. Many people love sweets: not only children, but also adults are not indifferent to chocolate and other sweets. And they often sin that does not in the best way affect the figure and the digestive tract. The most useful sweets are, undoubtedly, fruit. But what to do if you really want sweet pastries? Tip one: if possible, remove all harmful. I offer you my version of this baking - gluten-free chocolate cake with zucchini.

Zucchini and zest finely grate and set aside. Zucchini Rub the vegetable and zest Take a test. Sift flour and cocoa into a cup. Add salt, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, psyllium. Stir, add soda, mix again. Knead the dough Mix dry ingredients Add zucchini and butter to flour mass, mix everything. Gluten Free Chocolate Dough Knead gluten-free dough Put the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. The oven is preheated. Remove the cake from the oven, cool and decorate. I used banana, coconut, berries, lime and dry edible flower petals to decorate. Gluten free pie is ready! Can be served on the table.
