Chocolate Cashew Ice Cream

We announce the season of ice cream officially open! Today we are sharing a recipe for delicate chocolate and nut ice cream. It is very creamy, gentle, moderately sweet. You can replace cocoa powder with carob, and then ice cream will become even more useful!


Ingredients:


1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp vanilla extract) 1 cup raw cashews 3 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp. maple syrup (optional) Pinch of fine sea salt ½ cup crushed vegan chocolate (optional)

Recipe: Nuts soak overnight in water. Drain and whip the nuts with the chopped banana until smooth. Add cocoa powder, seeds or vanilla extract, maple syrup, salt and whisk again until the ingredients are completely mixed. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and put it in the freezer for 6-8 hours, stir every hour. Serve with chocolate covered in ice cream.
